He used two Big Buds I think. One was the California BB skunk cutting and then another he just called BigBud. Like in the double d strain

Yeah it’s 90s BB in the DD I just wondered about the other as info is thin and he doesn’t say so much when it comes to his genetics even when you ask him directly he will tell you some stuff but not everything I guess some is on purpose some is cos he has probably forgot a lil over the years who knows lol

There’s always the chance he got a hold of the original BB cutting from someone in Amsterdam. They called it California Big Bud and Nevil had the cut. So it’s possible KC had it too. It would be a miracle if that cutting is still alive somewhere but at this point I seriously doubt it.

I may give a few of these a run also.
I’m a little apprehensive however, as some growers much more experienced than I about breeding are not really impressed with what pops out of them.
I’ve not had many successful harvests with plants that twist up, right out of the shell.
I’d love to be wrong, and hope yours are amazing for you.

found my run pretty much MEHHH had no issues with the plants other then i did not really like them much, they were not at all what i was expecting or wanting/hoping for. mine were so much alike i pitched out 3 perfectly fine looking girls, had 2 other just like them and the one that was slightly different.
i have nothing bad to say about this plant or copa work on/with them, to me though they were just not what i was hoping for.
still looking for a legit SCBB cut though …

well its one of my oldest wants for-sure been after her for 20 years!.
at some point ya just have to realize something you just will never have, getting right there right now with a legit cheese cut. so much time spent with nothing to show for it. with the cheese stuff at least i have some things i can work with ahh but the SCBB im right where i have always been with that cut ahh NO WHERE.
i still look but going to focus on things i can actually get something done with, going skunk hunting next so i hope i find a hols to go down with that one for-sure.

Never give up buddy. I felt this about Rockstar and now Maple Ridge’s finest is sitting in my yard and mother’s tent.
As far as cheese goes, I have a UK Cheese cut i’ve been going for YEARS. And if I was looking into cheeses I’d use the 
and call upon the ever wonderful @TheHereticCatgirl .
She has mad skillz and a lot of cheese!

yes she and i have a standing open trade on the table, when she gets ready we will share some cheese with one another for-sure.
never really give up just not going to spent to much time chasing and tracking down leads that lead no where. been doing that for a good year now on the cheese legit hunt and noda. just so much here in seed form and i know i have some crazy stuff i just need to start popping and looking. do you go with what you think ppl will want or do you risk your time hunting for something very old and good but may not get any attention even if its found.
