Salmon Creek Big Bud

With enough skunk seed hunting i’m sure you will find what you’re looking for. It’s just a major project, time and odds hunting the best phenos selecting what’s in favor making more seeds and so on.

You called, I answer. :smiling_imp:

Something about cheese, hey?
Searching for a legit cutting? Big same :joy:

That exodus seems to be legendary these days, but a good lead might be Cheetos by @santero. While I will be making some seeds of the dinafem this summer, Cheetos could be a good place to look as it is a sour diesel ibl x exodus.

Do have a few seeds I would like to run in the future, but that is a ways off for now.

If you hve the time and space go for it they do get quite large started mine early april indoors now august and barley showing pre flower after sexing early may. i have mine in 3 gal pots outdoors soil and water only no amendments on this run and getting close to 6 feet about 2 meters but narrow spread excellent branching and lots of nodes some grapey smells on one,the other very faint honesuckle sweet smell. easy to clone i put a small clone dome outside under a covered porch and they 100% rooted and alive two seperate runs hopefully clones will get a cold snap in a few months to see if any purples exist. the top half of one looks like its going to be a dense football sized cola we shall see in about 3 months. maybe indoors hydro they veg and flower faster?

Last place I saw it was a grow I did in larkfield over ten years ago , would be neat if it was still around but I’d be more excited to find the arcata train wreck or real deal grand daddy purple or grape ape , I miss leaving out there to say the least .

Two SCBB’s outside are doing well and neither of them are BIG BUD pheno so I’m not stressed about fall’s pathogens lol.

“Shortstack” phenotype. 6fy tall and clearly not as short as inside when you give it 25 gallons of medium to grow in. lol

“Carrot” phenotype. 8ft tall and still stretching, bushing out and will give me :carrot: flavoured  for some serious dry sift and hash in the winter.

I’m not sure what to do with my seeds. Part of me wants to explore them, but the other part of me, says not to, as it is clearly not Big Bud.
Not saying they are crap, just not as excited as when I got them.

I can say in the 20 seeds I grew I did find 3x Trve big bud. Though 15% chances of finding it are piss low.

if not big bud, what are your guesses as to what it may be? last year i had an afghan mass auto from 00 seeds I pollinated with a “white widow” freebie from seedsman that grew similar in structure to this except it was more orange citrus smell. maybe some type of afhgani in it.

I think the Copa F1’s for SCBB are what they are supposed to be:

The carrot cut I found most likely is an Afghani leaner rife with Caryophyllene. They’re also growing similar as they get further into stretch.
