What a trip it’s been! Wanted to start a new thread to document my current journey and thought what better place then where It all started, we’ll kind of.
Let me introduce myself, names Schwilly aka billycw. Like many growers before the advent of the internet, my first contact with another grower was only through stuffing cash into a envelope with only a vague hope of seeds in return. Ahh but when that mysterious envelope arrived , magic.
Then like a bug to the light I ended up lurking bcga’s board for vic’s breadcrumbs. I was hooked, by the time overgrow came around I was in! Eventually I ended up spending more time over at cw stalking cbay. Been through a couple lifetimes since those sites went down…
About the same time og and cw went down, I was raided. Took my hit hard, when I finally bailed out, og/cw was gone. Eventually I ended up over at icmag under my new handle billycw. Sat in jail as my state legalized medical use.
Fast forward life cycles back, after returning to growing i was again visited by a deu squad at my grow… Watched my surveillance camera’s as vested officer’s blocked my street and pounded on my door… Obviously without a warrant, they snooped around the property had a little meeting and we’re out.
If you learn 1 thing from me it should be DON’T ANSWER YOUR DOOR for law enforcement! If they have a warrant they wouldn’t be knocking!
The next 72 hours were like a movie, tearing down a giant bonfire erupted from my backyard. Lost some amazing genetics that day but kept my freedom.
I’d had enough with my home state so I was out, there is a time for us to wander.
Life blurred and i landed in a remote property that has had a clandestine grow every year since '78, life is right again.
Starting over i thought i would take you all along for the ride.
