Seed Run Co-Op Lefthand Everyday Haze (Panama Haze BX)* CLOSED in 2020

the news reports were crazy for CO - big area affected by fire and then big area with wind & freeze warnings

Cali is fighting their 2nd, 3rd, & 4th largest fires at the same time…
…some interesting times…

That’s awesome  I never had them under artificial light apart from starting seedlings. 600w should give you a lot of fruit

That’s hilarious. Nobody would believe it if you told them. I’m hoping my plants pull through. They were right at 4 weeks flower I think, or this weekend. Still, only half done. It was 98 here two days ago, for three days. The ground was still holding a lot of heat, so we’ll see.

The two big ones I put 4 foot high wire fence around them and then used flexible black pipe to make a dome top, and then covered them with panda film and clothespins, lol…

Here’s my feeble attempt at saving them…

my smallest is under the can, lol

Phuuu’s IPA

I didn’t know this many hummingbirds would be disciplined enough for this, lol this is food depot for birds. The others are all out front eating seed I throw out.

Edit: @lefthandseeds, how much snow did you guys get?

By the looks of it, not nearly as much as you! Everything on the ground has been melting, but there is a lot of snow stuck up in trees.

Cameron Peak fire flared up to 102k acres with 0% containment over the weekend and our air quality was really bad. It spiked up to 340 (very unhealthy) for a few hours and it snowed ash for a while. It was already bad before the weekend, but 98 degrees, single digit humidity and high winds made things a lot worse… and two days later it’s snowing. :raised_hands:

They got Pine Gulch under control, but it was still the largest CO fire in history. I believe Cameron Peak is already #5, and it’s not over yet. Pretty bad month for wildfires. And now we also have smoke rolling in from Utah and California fires.

wow. Colorado…you guys are getting crazy weather. Insane. of course we all know climate change is a myth right…lol. I didn’t know Colorado was burning too. We never get a break over here in Norcal.

I’m sorry did you say cut or uncut?

Yeah, uncut… I think I got my wires crossed. The sun is actually trying to peak through. Clouds are thinning enough for it to get brighter all of the sudden. It’s 33º and snow is melting a little. We got a solid 7". It’s melting around buildings and trees but it was a good one. I’m going out back to uncover the trash can. I may leave the others to warm a little.

Hey Gman!! I’m not sure what to *WOW at first, the weather, or those fine plants, OR the 911 emergency covering of said plants!!
I did have every intention of riding out this past year, but well you know. I was sorry to read you were battling something health wise this year.
I ran the super glue x ON Haze first this year. Excellent taste and buzz, I did not top or work her structure, as I just wanted to see her as she is, taller, lanky, stunning buds!!

I recently started the beans from the 4/20 drop, those are the ones I sent you.
Mine are race hoses, they are running with Zanzibars Amnesia Haze x Chocolate Rain, they are leaving Uncle Festors Skunkbud 18 and the SSSDH x g13 x hashplant x chitral (from seedheaven) in their shadows as the growth is just amazing.
But all of these are just wee, and just went into 4" pots yesterday.
Zanzibars Blue Dream x Blueberry Sativa he banged that one out of the park!! IMHO. Easy to grow, stunning bag appeal, delicious taste, clones just by asking her.
Great to see you around!! I’ve been hanging out at BB since Santero found some Escobar posts. He never came around after that first post or 2. I think some are put off by sites guidelines, as you must post up a grow thread, beginning to end, to get main forum access. I’ve been in for while now. Vibrant community, IMHO.
My apologies to the OP for hijacking!!!

Very hazy looking! yummy. I think I have 3 - 4P haze females and 2 - 3Way Durban… or the other way around, lol… And, 2 - Original Neville’s haze from TM via @webeblzr.

Plus lots of sativa pollen… might be fun.

Did you get any males in your 4Ps? I swear, more females come off this Panama Haze than anything I’ve seen that wasn’t feminized. It’s pretty great until you’re looking for pollen. :joy:

I have one I think. It’s a monster compared to the others if I have it right. I think I got one male of everything except the 3Way. I’m gonna have my hands full. In addition to the sativa I have 3 or 4 of @SamwellBB’s strains. That hot weather really stalled them out in one gallon pots and they’re about to all be in flower. I’d hoped for more veg time and wonder if its too late to put them under lights for a week or two?

The one 4P haze looks almost identical to my most sativa Neville’s. They’re both looking really nice imo. They don’t seem to be heading for super tall plants. The 4P is a little bigger overall. I think I have another pic than the one I showed. I’ll look.

That’s 4P haze on top and the best looking Neville’s of two female below.

Wow those really are very similar. I’m kind of surprised. I would have thought it would have fatter leaves than that. Good stuff! :+1:

I smoke tested the Panama Haze x Malawi/Panama after only a few days of cure. Very light on the terpenes, but surprisingly one of the most “trippy” strains I’ve smoked. I smoked some and went on a walk with my wife yesterday evening. It’s an upper with little to no body high and no tiredness. It made me feel like I was watching myself from behind my eyes, if that makes any sense. I’d say it’s potency is on a similar level to the parents. I would love to find a similar effect, but in a more hazey pheno in the BXes.

That effect sounds wonderful. Great job with all your doing, really enjoy your watching your plants grow.

Panama Haze x Bodhi Acapulco Gold (allegedly…)

This looks and smells just like the Acapulco Gold I grew a few years ago. I’m not sure Panama Haze is in this one… Sure is purdy though.

That brings back some memories :v::+1:
I was actually looking at Bodhi Acapulco Gold seeds today but they were o/S of course.
