I love them at this stage, a bit like a box of chocolates, your not quite sure what your going to get or end up with.

Looking nice and healthy, looking forward to seeing how they express.

The chance of finding a male S1 is the same as getting a true male from a batch of fems seeds… probably closer to one in ten thousand. Pollen viability comes into question and is normally found to be inert from such plants.

Finding a male S1 with viable pollen capable of creating offspring? That would be the one in a million plant you speak of.

There are several og origin stories , the it came from Florida story is agreed upon by several people.
Maybe a Plant from NorCal was Bred to a Hindu in Florida and brought back to LA , it would make sense that ogers crossed to Hindu Kush would result in the title of OG kush. Maybe a grandpa in the desert is the source. I know some of the original crew we’re very interested in Hindu genetics but I was also always told there wasn’t even any true kush in it. I don’t know or care anymore nobody will ever be able to prove the truth. If you have a good kush and or og kush that you like enjoy it , smoke it, share it, and for the love of bud please stop calling anything with a hint of og in the genetics such and such og , it’s misleading and disappointing most times. I bet you find more fire in these beans then half the so called kush and og genetics being pushed now a days.
What we do know is ogers is from orgnkid and it’s probably one of the most known strains to have come from the original site, it’s truly amazing to have them here still getting ready to do there thing 20 years later.

Check out the 5 day growth!! Gave them a good feeding and a small shot of cal magic which really darkened the fan leaves. Each plant is just starting its 5th set of internodes. Very tight.

I realize that this is a seed run, but I have seen your fun little mini bonsai canna plant in the solo cup comp. Let me ask you this since pruning has really been on my mind… When do you start pruning them? Around node 6 or just after they show sex?

I’m going to leave in the 4 inch cups and top one time. The structure on these is beautiful. It looks like they will react well to a top. Typically I take the 5th node. We are there now.
