Id think quite possibly temp issues 
How bad are they seeding? Any chance of contamination from males in other areas? Have you dropped any of them to see what you get, find any males in there it wont be from herm, id sure like to drop some of the dosidos hehe 
Generally in the warmer months I see a seed here and there even on some of my most solid girls
