My recent ex was really bad in that department. It would make me angry. I couldn’t imagine it being my child. I really feel for you.
Once she come out of it I would try to keep her busy doing something she enjoys. It will help her keep mind in a positive place. I know when I stop caring about stuff especially my plants I know l gotten bad. I isolate something terrible and self medicat.
