I’ve been reading about this supplement. Some growers swear by it and foliar feed it to their plants. Anyone familiar with or currently use shilajit? I’m thinking of taking it myself! Watcha think OGs?

Tried it. Never found a diff. But im also not rich. Compost on the other hand. Amazing. Shilajit was good for my health but i just eat a balanced diet now. Its sooooooo expensive.
Plus that dudes a nutjob now after taking too much shilajitXD thinks the earth is flat n shit

Yeah dude he called mountain organics a snake oil salesmen selling his tonic.
