That’s my hope too.

Your renewal is ok to submit early… will be same exp date as your first card just the next year.

Correct. I had some friends concerned that they would lose coverage time based on what day the renewal was processed.

Hey y’all. I’m a new medical grower and I have a question I’m hoping you guys may be able to answer.
I brought feminized seeds for my first grow for one reason; we’re only allowed six in veg at any time. Ending up with six females requires around twelve + - young plants using regular seeds.
Is there anything in the wording of the law that takes that into consideration?
Thanks.

It boils down to 6 seedlings/clones, 6 in veg, 6 in flower. Becoming a caregiver for another patient can double or triple those numbers. My dad got a card and I’m his caregiver since I provide him with edibles so I can have up to 12 plants in each phase.

I assume the state would enforce those numbers if something went down. Assuming you are not a caregiver, planting 12 seeds to find the 6 you want to grow to maturity is not within the letter of the law, no matter how sensible it is to us gardeners.

Your pheno hunting would need to be on a smaller scale, but you could eventually find the mom you like from seed, then grow crops of her cuttings. Or skip the hunt and pick up known good cuttings from friends or vendors.

You picked up just where I was headed. I know my needs better than anybody. Who better to design my meds.

My wife is going to give it a go to see if she can get her license. She should qualify, she’s been married to me for 40 years. That should be enough mental stress to make anyone need a bowl a day. If she can, we are golden.

The way i see it the state may not completely agree seedlings/veg are really the same thing just size difference until they start flowering its all veg to me lol

@MoBilly get yourself familiar with rooting up clones and i would be happy to send you some cuts in a box

Thanks for that. I’ll get back with you later on. I have three ( out of five ) live on my first attempt. Next time I will use an aerated clone tub. Their not hard to put up and I’ve seen great results using them.

Jealous of anyone who’s medical program allows growing. My state just legalized and we still aren’t allowed to grow. Very much look forward to the day I don’t have to sneak around.

@Slick1 that’s sounds really stupid. I’m not gonna ask what state you live in, but that has to rival mine for ridiculous laws.

I’m in Jersey, I’m not shy lol.

You think that’s bad though NJ, PA, and NY all had a little cannabis related summit years ago so they would form a unified front going forward with the inevitable legalization of each state. No homegrow was something they all agreed on so unless something has changed since then we’ll have 3 states united arm in arm trying to drain every penny from people they can for weed. If you’re growing you’re not buying and paying the tax!

Ohio is the same way
