I used to do this to individual plants calling it Open SCROG… and I’d make my screen a few inches wider then the top of the pot… I used 5gal paint buckets with holes drilled to drain… I found wire frames 4" bigger round then the top of the bucket and attached that to down rods I’d bend towards the pot and tape into place… walla… place it 12" above the plant. yeah, I spent more time building the next best thing then perfecting plants… hahaha

I gave them a defol a week ago and noticed that there were a bunch of buds tilting over
So I ran a scrog net up top to tie down all the colas
Hopefully they stack a bunch of weight

4x4 5 weeks old yesterday.
Will be 6 weeks old this Sunday August 4th
5x5 was chopped yesterday and currently being dried.

Looks like I definitely have gotten more bud by using a scrog method.

@420noob if I remember correctly you don’t use tents correct?
How big is your space?
Ever think of throwing some tents in there.
I have a 12x16 ft lung room and have a 5x5 and 4x4 in there .
And if I really wanted I could add another 3x3 if I wanted but with 2 tents I can harvest 3 months or so if needed/wanted.
Or I just run the 5x5 and the 4x4 at the same time and have plenty of extra for harvest…
Thank goodness that ever since I started growing about 4 years ago I have never ran out of bud 
…

Hey post 420 cool! I dont have a tent just a tarp and poly hanging in a corner of a room. What’s killed me is messing up autos that are supposed to fill the blank times. I’ve turned my plant room closet into a “veg” area and the flower is 3x6 about. Also with overwatering which I’m better with caused super slow growth so after 30days veg plant still 9" tall but impatient and throw them in cause I need something flowering. I’m hoping I got myself covered once I start harvesting these 90s kush I have in my tent. I have a decent amount outside this year as well so im hoping it will stick me up enough. I think I’ve only once had a plant harvested that got over 4 wks cure before I had to get into it. My winning cuts from Jan jumped me UpTo 17 plants so that might help. I’d love a tent would be great for holding males or reversed plants I just can’t justify spending the $ ATM.
