So I contacted Ethos about their SLH and apparently they used their original GHS SLH keeper cut from 2008 to make these.
So 2008 GHS SLH(F) x Jack Herer x LS(M).
Then they bred til f5 obviously for those old SLH characteristics.
This is super exciting to me because this would be the closest thing on the market to that original SLH that won the cups and everyone enjoyed so much.
I don’t care if they paid to win those cups… that stuff was phenomenal weed regardless.
I’m not sure how well they did on the structure though. That old SLH had perfect structure for topping and LST. Branched so fucking well to fill up a nice big area. It’s hard to gauge without growing it myself. But this stuff should be excellent excellent fucking weed. Have you found a shorter pheno that would lean more Lemon Skunk? Those were my favorite.
Had a power outtage, so when I got home from work I went and checked all my timers. Snapped a couple lights out pics of the SLH in my flower room… frooossssssttttyy!
Interesting, that directly contradicts what they say on their website. Maybe they thought you referring to their Super Lemon Haze RBX3? They do have a strain that is a bx3 of the GHS SLH but they don’t call that SLH. Their SLH F5, which this stock is from is, according to them on their website and other sources, Jack Herer x Lemon Skunk.
