Well, if Uncle Sam gave you emphysema already, that’s like an invitation to smoke 'em if you got em, right? Might as well use those lungs while they’re still around.
I didn’t really think smoking near the plants would cause hermies, it’s more that I feel guilty about growing something so nice and then chopping it down. 
Just trying to come up with a rationalization, which obviously sounded a little too rational… though I did preface it by saying “I’m crazy too!”
Damn man how ironic is that? To smoke your whole life with no issue but end up getting Emphysema randomly second hand like that? Life is friggin weird sometimes.
If you’ve never seen TMV from it for as long as you’ve been at it then I’ll take that as gospel. Formal studies with findings have already been cited saying it can’t be transmitted with smoke but your experience weighs in much more to me. 2 & 1/2 - 3 packs is a lot of cigs and I see how you grow so if it were a concern I would imagine you would have run into somewhere along the line.

At times my paranoia runs over me, yet, apart from an inherited tendency to a higher blood pressure, I keep telling myself, "If had a ton of weed, I’d be trying to move to vaping… but honestly it feels as though it is an excuse to serve my paranoia and try to find a way to smoke less and vape more, I can only imagine it is healthier, though there is debate about it, then again, with your type of experience, in Nam, and what other wild places you’ve been to on this planet! lol! Even moving from commercial to organic must have been a jump in improvement to your overall health and quality of smoke!! Hats off brother! 
Dry herb vaping is without a doubt healthier. I don’t know who’s debating it but I’m going to say they’re wrong. That being said I have one and just twist one up or pack a bowl over vaping 95% of the time. I like the vape but my go to is smoking.
Same with, somehow I don’t get as “high” as when I smoke! Never got used to it, though I like it too!
Guess I meant to compare smoking to ecigarette vaping, with its oil and all! Risks of tampering!
Oh the oil is a totally different story. It’s not only the chance of tampering but even legit dispos had that acetate shit in them that was screwing people up (killing them?). They seem to be pretty confident that the metal inside the cart leeches into the oil now too so even if you have a totally legit cart there’s that.
My carts last me months cause I don’t romp on them and I don’t usually reach for them. I took a few hits of one last night because my hands were too achy to twist one and it was within reach but I can’t even remember the last time I hit it… although I’m about to right now for the hell of it!
Haven’t updated in awhile so I snapped some pics a minute ago. After dismissing the TMV diagnosis and effected leaves I’m left with some yellowing and the Trizzlers leaves always hang like they’re over or under watered. Otherwise plugging along and limping across the finish line.

Trizzlers is done I believe. Some ambers and she smells like rotten fruit. I watered everything without thinking so she’ll go another 2 days or so to use up that water. I realized she was leaning hard the other day and wherever the damage is lies below the soil so she’s staked up with a butter knife lol

OH and thought on your mold issue. You might have more issues than most of us. You’re outside, with a blower, and potentially leaf mold / leaves all over. Spores can travel on clothing, even if you get changed before you deal with the ladies. Just a thought for ya. You’re not likely gonna be able to do much about that other than being proactive as you can be…
