Damn it just dawned on me that I also need to get a timer for the 18/6 tent. I’m not getting up earlier to turn the light on or staying up later to turn the second tent off. Hopefully a new one will work for awhile!

Probably a little every day? She’s been a warrior throughout, including a nasty split right down main street and some odd light shit cause of my timers going on me. Would definitely suck after all that if a short haircut was the straw that broke the camel’s back

Someone quoted Plato the other day in some thread and said “Necessity is the mother of all invention” should be OG’s motto. Well I agree. No timer and unable to change the light schedule to accommodate 18/6 forced my hand. Now the Pennwise and the Ghost Rose are just going to get 24 hours of light. Seedlings should be fine under it and the GR being an auto shouldn’t care (actually will probably like it).

Yeah they’ve worked pretty well for me. To be fair I went from buckets I drilled holes in the bottom of to those so I haven’t really tried anything else. Not broke, not fixing it.

Her bunkmate Ghost Rose seems to appreciate 24 hours of light more than the 12 she was getting
Lavender Frosting tiny from the 12/12 and one liter pot is starting to flower. I feel like I’m going to regret going so small on her.
And Chocolate Thai filling in between those nodes nicely and plumping some. I had a dream I was seeing fat tasty colas on her and then just as I spotted some dark ripe seeds poking through the one branch I woke up still happy about them.
You wouldn’t know it from that picture but there’s still a lot of damaged leaves on there. I go in and take a handful off her every day and try to not go overboard with it. Many days of that left before it’s cleared out. Some are the small sugar leaves so I’m essentially doing a light living trim on her to get rid of them.

Wow, talking about spears, you got some. That’s Choc Thai? It looks great. Who did you source that from? I need to pick up that strain. I have some Lemon Thai that I plan on making seeds with. I may start them soon. I wonder how the two would pair up? Have you smoked this one yet? I’d love to hear a smoke report. peace

Yeah Chocolate Thai f4 from Hazeman Seeds. Supposed to be one of the most legit genetically available. I actually got gifted the single bean my buddy got in a trade. he gave it to me cause I’ve been wanting CT since the late 90s. Midway through this grow he scored me 2 more too!
I haven’t smoked this version yet. I’m about halfway through flowering a little over 6 weeks out of an estimated 10-12. Thai and thai would probably be good. Can’t even picture the lemon chocolate flavor. Can’t wait to pop some of these beans though and see how the orange and chocolate flavors merge together.

Man, you’ve got a beautiful thing going! Week 6 and it is supposed to go 10 -12? Crazy! Look at how the stem on the far right has thickened (filled with new buds, I mean) since the last pic! Shit! Amazing!! Did you do all kinds of things? topping and training? Topping should be obvious LOL! if not Fimming…! Congrats!!!

I would have never thought of chocolate and lemon until about two years ago when I got both flavors in a haze made by NAW seeds. I thad this really cool lemon flavor that was sort of greasy and laid on the lips and tongue. Then after about three hits that slickness on the lips and tongue turned to chocolate. The breeder said he hadn’t seen that pheno so it may have been a freak that I should have cloned. I do have more seeds I’ll plant but the fact that they hadn’t seen that pheno makes me feel like I may not see it again.
But, that flavor of lemons fading to chocolate was so awesome.
