Ya know, since those would be Photos carrying the Auto gene, and F1 of your cross, if you were to then pollenate those plants grown from those seeds with more Auto pollen, your percentage of autos would go up. To 50% autos and 50% Photo carrying the gene in the resulting F2 seeds. Growing out some of them its easy to spot the autos.
I will also have some more auto pollen available. Cherry Brandy, Tycho Monolith and Spacewiz will be collected, and they are all Regular Auto pollen, so then no reversing needed on F3’s, you’ll have male genes to work with as well if you hit the F2s with Reg Auto pollen… You could even hit the F1’s with regular auto pollen if ya wanted.
I forgot to mention yesterday’s events! Lets just say that the silver lining to losing power for ~7 hours is that you can unplug your lights and finally correct for daylight savings time like you forgot to do…
Thankfully everything is either an auto or in flower so I just unplugged everything for the night and left it all in the dark until this morning when I reset the timers to the new 7 am.
You got hit with the storms too? We had some CRAZY hail, looked like it snowed for a few hours after, there was so much. All small stuff, no power loss or damage, but it helped my trees shed their last few leaves finally
Yep, I think I lost a few small branches in my backyard but that’s about it. Weird that @Slick1 lost power and I didn’t, not even a hiccup in the internet. But, luckily the plants adapted long ago to overcast conditions blocking out the sun for a day or two at a time. Give them two days of straight light during flower, and they might be a bit more confused, but a power outage? That’s just a cloudy day, no problem even if they were photos in veg. They don’t flower in the wild every time there’s a rainstorm, takes a week or so straight of 12/12 to get them to even start.
Oh yeah. Thankfully it wasn’t super cold before the power came on at least.
The shitty part is 4 doors down on one end never lost it but me and a swath to the left were out. I’m not too worried about the dark time on them at all. Would have been much more concerned about the light coming on again at a weird time and confusing the girls.
First here’s the Pennywise pot that was treated with silver to show how recessed I had the bottom like I mentioned. She did pretty well even without a full pot! This was the 2 gallon pot and the other Pennywise is in a 3 gallon pot which I recessed even further to try and keep them even. She’s just a vigorous little bitch!
I’m thinking not too long on either of them and at this point I’m starting a flush. Since I aim for a 2 week flush that means these should go another month and I will regret beginning the flush so early if history is any indicator
I think the way you train your plants like that are an exercise in getting in touch with your feminine side lol. Every one of those looks like a giant c*ck!
