I put up a wall of wax paper between the branch and the rest of the plant. I was going to make a cone of it neutered dog style but no tape would stick to the paper.

Good idea. 
I usually pollen the lowest branches so nothing falls onto the branches below, cause its only dirt below that branch
I must admit tho, wind/air makes pollen 
impossible to control. I even wear a mask when doing this so my breathing doesn’t cause a wind current.

The top of the branch seems to have taken. Either it’s pollinated or I damaged some pistils cause some are browning and starting to shrivel. The lower ones are showing no signs though so I’ll hit them again if I don’t see it in the next 2 days.

Usually I can see seed pods forming in about 3 to 4 days. Also within 24 hrs of pollination pistols for me go red/brown and shrivel up.
I’d hit it again and guarantee it’s making seeds for ya.

Yeah couldn’t right? Specially since those lower sites look unaffected. How far into flower do you usually hit them that you’re seeing results that quick?

I hit them first week of flower. Or Even up till 2 weeks before I chop down the harvest. Then I’ll keep just that 1 branch living to grow seeds.

Damn that’s pretty early. I thought I was going early at less than 3 weeks from flip so that’s good to hear. I’ll hit them again tomorrow night before lights out. 6:45 the neighbors are going to hear Let’s Get It On playing and me going “oooh yeah girllll, I want you to have my baaabieees, ummm hmmm”. And then they’ll probably laugh when all of that abruptly stops in less than 5 minutes.

Oh yeah I got so excited to be a plant father I neglected a pic of the progress on the Ghost Rose and Lavender Frosting. Doing pretty good but there’s no doubt the 12/12 is holding them back.
Bottom left of the 4 main colas on the CT is the one that I pollinated. It’s going to be a big meaty cola so should get a decent amount of seeds off it alone I would imagine. Still am debating hitting another branch anyway, probably a lower one or two just to amass beans.
