I brined this for 20 hours,rinced,patted dry,then smoked @225 until a internal temp of 130,now i cover with smoked applewood bacon and bake @230 until internal temp of 160,it rises to 165 on its own…cant wait to make some sandwiches!im sick of paying 15 bucks a pound for smoked turkey,this was about 7 bucks a pound

Cool man looks promising and be sure to check out the what stoners eat thread…many of us always posting our foodie creations. I’m not a chef or cook but self taught and have been working in the restaurant field for many years. Also I enjoy cannabis which inevitably means snacking haha
