So. Hum. Black Domina

I started 2 packs of AKBB So. Hum. Black Domina in April. They went from a 50 cell to a 1 gal then into the ground. I amend the soil with re-vita pro 5-4-5 8% calcium Omri listed dry granular fertilizer. Here are some of the girls!

I definitely can see the garlic bud influence compared to the m10 in the 95 release. Curious to see how the buds compare. The stem rubs are more interesting in the So Hum release. So I am hoping for more flavor. AKBB told me to expect more Christmas tree structure and wilder flavors compared to the 95. Seems dead on so far!

Edit and by garlic bud structure do you mean the wider branching?

I’ve only ran the so hum x 95 domina pck from him for reference.

Yeah they got this weird plastic thing going on some. I just started pulling some of the males into the basement for pollen collection. I need to make some selections. Pretty uniform so far in terms of structure nice branching and tall growth. In comparison to the 95 black domina that had heavy branching but maybe more a bushy structure overall.

I’ve been wanting to grow this strain since I got a freebie of it years ago. Is it really that much deeper/heavier than a NL5? I mean, I want it to be.

You should grow it out! I think they are pretty comparable in high. We shall see I have some NL5 growing to compare.

The taller pheno in front has some orange to it, and the one in back with the denser buds has more of an earthy funk, with the “black pepper” notes that others have described with BD. I’ve been documenting them in grow journal.
