So tell me, What do you know about the human microbiome? All input is welcome!

Interesting study, they do note some of it’s limitations, I think they need everyone on the same diet as well, after all, the types of food we eat contribute significantly to the bacteria we ingest. Someone on a diet heavy in processed foods is going to have a completely different microbiom than someone eating a whole food vege diet.

The dental state of someone’s mouth and the toothpaste they use will also affect the results as toothpastes and mouth washes are very destructive to oral microbiomes as well.

So to answer the quote from On another topic, I would say supplementing with high doses of B1, B6 as well as B12 to support nerves, motor neurons and mitochondrial damage.

Intermittent and long fasting will reduce plaque build up in the brain and so will cutting out sugar and refined carbs. Sugars create an acidic oral environment, acids like acv and lemon juice will create an alkaline effect as the body will always try to balance our bodies PH which is a better environment for friendly bacteria.
