I’d like to join. Does it have to be a red solo cup specifically?

@Rgaaana as @Gpaw said 16oz or 475ml red/blue solo or equal capacity. I would also like to follow up with this stating the roots must stay within the container and not hang into another for feeding hence defeating the purpose of solo/micro container.

Being able to pay attention is key as these little babies sure suck the juice!! So high fertigation for salt growers COULD give vantage but honestly theres some bloody resourceful and talented growers here so the imagination and effort is the only limitation.

@TonesOwn very kind of you to provide a prize also we’ll push for another challenge for New year kick off if interested

I will have to wait till this weekend to pop anything as Im out of country til then

does it need to start in the solo cup or just finish in the solo cup?

@splinter7, I will be germinating my normal paper towel method then transplanting into the solo. Is this what your asking?

sort of…i need another vessel between the paper and the solo. like a transitional cup.

It needs to grow most of its life inside the cup if you want to stage its steps I dont think that would be an issue to promote root growth but for only a transitioning (limited) period

cool. like, if you start in a root plug or in a small cup or something.

The entire root ball does need to stay within the cup. Its good to get these question out in the open for all to see so not misunderstandings happen
