GLG is pretty lucky to get feedback from a product they intend to carry. Most business models rarely get that honest first hand feedback nowadays. I would consider all feedback to better my business model one way or another. I have seen many a business fail to “emperor wears no clothes” syndrome and only consider flowery feedback. I have seen other sites riu icm where people comment about GLG repackaging their purchase only to get heavily stomped on by overtly loyal customers or as some have commented as probably employees. Which makes a would be customer question the ethics of the distributor…either way the seed biz for customers can be rough sailing and I am always looking for calm waters to work with…guess I will just keep sailing
