What’s up with Spanish moon? Never heard of it, but I love the look of it. Big dinosaur leaves it looks like. Can wait to see harvest pics. The plant almost looks like a succulent. I don’t think I’ve ever seen leaves like that, and I just harvested a freakshow.

I just did some research and it’s such a cool plant. Maybe I’ll find some cheap repros to try out one day. Apparently people love it or hate it from what I’ve seen. Potentially weak potency issues. Eitherway cool plant

Definitely the strangest leaves I’ve ever seen, not including Freakshow.

Here’s a Spanish Moon seed momma pollinated by Bodhi’s Black Lotus.
The spotting on the leaves is from the BL pollen.
Support and trellising is necessary for sure. Branches grow crooked. -Viney even.
They all seem to be, well for lack of a better word, floppy.
Still trying to dial in nutrients, so likely my fault. Will “figga” it out at some point.

Lots of purpling. Smallish buds.
Seems like a deficiency or thinking it’s a response to the supplemental ir/uv. (15min at lights-on/15min at lights off)
Or both?
Spindly frosty purple buds and twisty-spindly branches on momma.
Great smell though. Very frosty buds. Will put up a smoke-report after a bit of curing.
Roots were ridiculously bound after 10-months.

This plant grows twisty. It has weird branch structure. -And it “purples” up dramatically.
Nice “fuel-ish” aroma. Very distinct and tasty.
The buds are not too thick. But they are frosty.

8-weeks into flower. Similar but not identical leaf structure.
Buds show the same coloring and frostiness.
