Howdy folks, now that I’m about a month into flower, figured I’d start my own thread. This is my first grow with all new/new to me equipment and a new space. So have some kinks to work out. Haven’t grown in several years and on my own, a little more than a decade. Look forward to hearing your input and talking shop on things new and old.
Before bringing in clones or dipping into my reserve collection I wanted to dial in this space the best I could. This run I started with romulan s1’s from romulan genetics. I popped 12 seeds and ended up with 6 “females.” Out of the other 6 seeds, 1 never popped, 3 never grew leaves after the cotyledons, and 2 were pathetic runts. Pretty dissappointed since I love romulan and wanted to find a good keeper.
I filled in the gaps with meltingpots original diesel x sour dubb fems. They were a little behind when flipping to flower but a couple caught up. The others didnt stretch much so have been trying to keep light on them by pruning back the other monsters. One was a runt with heavy variegation.
