Thanks guys, I’ll snap some better pics 1st chance, without lifting the dehumidifier out and raising the light it’s difficult to get a decent close up pic.

I was allowing them 10wks then see how they are but I doubt they’ll need that long?

Having plants almost ready at 6/7 weeks is new to me, fwiw besides some minor changes the only thing I done diffrent this time was change the timer to 11/13 on the day of potting up?

It’s also the shortest crop overall I’ve grown?

I decided to try 11/13 after watching this YouTube video someone posted.

Imo the dude knows his shit, if you’re bored it’s worth a watch/listen.

I’d check the top two in ten days! By looks alone that bottom pic feels ready. Excellent work, man. Really. And hell yeah on 11/13! It’s been what I’ve been on for years and never thought about going back really.

Thanks bud for the confirmation, I think it’s ready to I just didn’t want to charge in and end up with branch when it’s dried :joy:
So yeah i’m going to harvest it tonight or tomorrow.

I’m pleased I tried 11/13 the results are better than I’d hoped for I’ll continue with it in the future.

Cheers

Hello folk’s I hope everyone is well?
It’s that time, harvest is upon me already
I got the yellowing ones cut down today and I’ll get the others tomorrow.

I’ve a Northern lights here which is most unusual?

it’s got a sour or acidic smell with a bit sweetness to it, when I give it a rub right off it reminds me of rhubarb dipped in sugar.

Rhubarb smell?
Has anyone encountered buds with a rhubarb like smell?

Cheers folks

Now that takes me back! I loved watching Roobarb and Custard back in the day :tv:. Thanks for the trip down memory lane

I’ve never come across rhubarb smelling buds, but it sounds amazing! Interested to know if it carries through into the taste?

how did the LONDON CHEESE turn out.

spent two days talking to those guys but was unable to get anything done as far as acquiring any of there genetics.

this strain you have here from them is the one they keep telling me i needed for my cheese work, just wanting to know how they did for you.

thank you …

Hey folk’s, it’s been a while, I’m flowering off some mother plants and re cloning a new mother from my favourite favourites lol, I’ve also a few seeds bluchi v3 from London city and lemon cherry gelato from @Synkra
Flipped 1st July.

There’s a few them a bit off for reasons idk about, I like the autopots for the work load but I’m not jamming with them, or not jamming with some idk if it’s the plant the autopot or something I’m doing, I might go back to dtw and keep running autopot tester until I’ve worked out the issue?

@JAWS hey bud, I’ve grown a few from London city genetics but yeah blockbuster is the closest to old style cheese imo, it’s similar to lost skunk there’s that exo smell from them both.

I also like their cheese dipz i’m flowering some atm

And bluchi v3 from seed.

I’ve grown v1 I kept that around for a while so v3 is going be interesting.

I’ve seen a couple of people complaining about germination but I’ve not had any problems with them?

Hey folk’s, could it be these plants were just hungry?

I would say it was naturally fading with them nearing the end of flower. I wouldn’t want to add anything that late to try to correct it. If they were like that in week 1-6 then I’d try to get them to green up a bit.

Happy belated harvest brotha and looks like your next run is in high gear. :sunglasses: :vulcan_salute:

Hey bud, many thanks to you, I’m a bit stoned I should’ve explained a bit history.

From memory they were around 4wks maybe a little more, the problem was all the plants were running from the same reservoir and most looked great so I felt my hands were tied.

I’m now onto another crop and I’m getting random plants yellowing again while others look great.

This time I’ve re arranged the sick ones to the front so I can access them to hand feed and I’ve plumbed the trays onto another reservoir.

For starters I’ve hand fed them 2.2ec with 50ppm of calmag so hopefully it’s just hunger I think I’ve ruled out everything else?

Above doesn’t look great, below looks lush?

That’s the difference between them?

Cheers bud

Great looking plants. I dunno man, I don’t really see any underfeeding. Is it just a lite green plant? My Strawberry Banana is a lime color and I think she’s healthy.

I got a apple tree late last year, too late to do anything with.

I’d never pruned a tree in my life but you know me I just waded in using some tips I’d picked up.

To begin with I wasn’t too enthusiastic about caring for a apple tree but yeah its…well grown on me :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I’m planning to graft a Victoria plum to it, I’m not too fussy about apples but plums are delightful, even in our climate they get deliciously sweet and juicy.

Some pot worm photos, ive put a pin in the top pic for scale.

Hey folk’s, i’ve a few pics of before and after raising my ec from 1.8ec to 2.2ec + 0.1ec/50ppm calmag

3 plants started to yellow which baffled me ime 1.8ec is usually ample, I did raise the ec in the end (way too late) but deep down i didn’t think the ec was the problem so it’s a valuable lesson learned.
I was reluctant to use anything above 1.9/2.0ec…thing is I’ve grown them all previously without any hassle using 1.8ec

You were dead on. I am shade blind and I can see a difference in that little bump. Nice call.

Ya said you’ve grown them before. Is this a seed or clone? Maybe this plant is just slightly different than the other…like people…lol

So they were just a little hungry? The leaf showed no cal or mag issue. In that top pic I can see it real good. Looks like N bleeding off. The cal mag was just insurance wasn’t it?

Again nice job.
