This could be the wrong subtopic for this but forgive me, I haven’t done forum based posting in probably over a decade. But anyway, I transplanted my gorillaberry/tomahawk cross plant yesterday to a glass pot because the plastic pot wasn’t secure enough in the wind here in northern Michigan and so far so good and it’s even forming buds and smelling amazing!! I had to do mist the process by hand because tools on roots is never good and also adding soul and draining the water to shape the dirt is better by hand . Not my first time doing this whole process either, I just haven’t done it since my uncle in Colorado taught me how to do it in 2019. @Diescum88 (not sure how to tag other people here, forums confuse the hell out of me now) is the one who started training and growing the plant but he’s letting me have it to try and finish it and I’m hoping I’m doing okay. The lean is unavoidable but that’s more because plants grow towards the sun and the stem is getting good and thick because that’s what plants tend to do in alot of wind and sun.
Edit: moved to outdoor growing section, kinda late in it but I’ve been too embarrassed to come on here and fix it til now lol
@Floyd I haven’t used a forum of any sort since before myspace and Facebook existed, so sorry I’m really bad at this. I was trying to find the grow log section but I didn’t know where to look. I’m still getting used to here, I just wanted to share this plant because it’s thriving pretty well and I’m happy. I’ll get better, just give me time lol
No worries, Grow room diarys is in the indoor growing section. I probably am able to move it for you but I’m not sure how. The mods will probably move it.
I made that cross so I’m interested to see how it turns out.
You and me both! I was originally gonna finish it in my room but between him looking to get a few going and space was getting tight so it worked out. Pretty sure I still have a clone or 2 that I kept from it but gotta check, if not I’m pretty sure I still have some more of the seeds left.
Been awhile since the last post, I don’t do good dealing with making mistakes and being embarrassed and it’s easier to just disappear and pretend I don’t exist lol. And almost lost this whole plant do to a potting transfer error I made by rushing what I was doing, also needed to get to more quality soil. It came back from near dead, my roommate and I took off the majority of excess fan leaves and dead leaves. It’s been getting nutes for growth and also for bud growth here and there but not too much cuz I prefer it to try and grow naturally as possible from the sun and the rain. I have noticed though that the bids did get alot bigger from using the tiger bloom so that’s the one I really like. I’m still early in the learning process of growing, and the only way I’m gonna improve on that is time passing while getting more experience. I do have high hopes for this grow, there’s been some bumps in the road (horrible storms with wind and hail, planting errors) but I think in the end it’s gonna come out awesome all things considered.
Go easy with the tiger bloom less is best with that stuff… nice grow use it myself I never go over
Tablespoon and a half to gallon of water,I have went over that dose it didn’t turn out good
