@Lady.Zandra63. Can I ask where you sourced your P.O.G. for the 2nd grow?
I haven’t seen it in 20 years. Ours was dark green and so sticky you could throw it at a wall and it would stick. Never had brown brick weed.

This stuff was brown as dirt. Even called dirtweed at times. I have seen some that was green brick. Had a weird smell to it. Also some seeds but less than brown. Also was compressed from brick.

Haha. I had a buddy grow out some seeds from a brick. It was actually really nice weed when it wasnt abused to death and bricked up ready to hit the streets like 8 months later.

Same place we got the 1st 2 packs of each…at that time, they were not available in the U.S-- so got them from Attitude seeds- but they were in original breeder packs from Flying Dutchman and Paradise seeds, so SHOULD have been exactly what we had been getting before…but weren’t.

I appreciate the information. I love the old Pot of Gold. I think I saw some on Meduser’s list last spring. I should hit him up for his stocklist again he has some rad seeds.

Have you tried seedheaven in Denmark they not so long ago had pog and they might be able to tell you if it will be available again ? They sometimes got there continuation of sensi star too

Yes, and there is a new version of sensi star using original stock coming soon. Seedheaven is worth watching. Guys on there are all like minded and work for passion of it, not the money.

That’s something I’d like to see come back.
Very similar to Headband. Destroys you the first several days that you smoke her, then levels out to be perfect daytime smoke once you get a tolerance

Man I can’t remember for the life of me who had been running some starfighter lines.
Jaws, AK is one for sure I miss. If I recall you had some nice AK lines.
Pot of Gold, man I remember a great PoG cut we had that yielded huge hand grenade type nugs and smelled like straight turd.
Speaking of turd, Dogshit was another we ran for a bit that was super sandy. But maybe it was the incredible Sour Diesel and SSH we were running at the time but its effect wasn’t on their level. I liked the Grapefruit we had too. And Island Sweet Skunk, Great White Shark (very vomit smelling).
Ugh. Dank of the early to mid 2000s was just so much better. The buds were full big and sticky. Actually what we’d call DANK.
Now a daze it’s frosty and all that… just lacks the same love that was put into it back in those days I think.
Oh well. That’s why we grow our own I suppose

The top strains in my life were all brick weed.Columbian santa marta red,panama red ,acapulco gold,lambs bread,elephant ear,and many others were brick weed.I have yet to see anything that compares to the old brick weed of the 70’s.
