I have selfed an autoflower. I believe that she is pollenated or in a day or two will be. The branches that were sprayed with STS and made the pollen sacks, should I cut them off or just let the plant finish as is?

if said plant is going back around other plants where it may pollinate the others then remove those branches, otherwise can just leave as is and collect the pollen that will still be produced and dry it for potential future use and run the plant out, just situations and choices is all.

Yeah the sprayed branches and depending maybe the rest of the plant will still keep or will produce more pollen sacs, so in your case chop the branches and just watch the plant on its was to finish
