With so many growers these days i wouldn’t risk cheap clones unless i knew them. Seems like a great deal at the time till you end up scrapping everything.
We do periodically test! And the last I heard… (shh, don’t tell anyone I told you)… we’re gearing up for another round of testing.
I’m not sure of the details like how many of our strains are being tested in this round, or if they’ll be published (though I know we’re all hoping they will be).
Whatever information I can get out, I will. Trust!
@Sun-Clone would you be able to post those results?!
You’ve been saying for months that you’ve been “setting up” testing. All you have to do is order the kits from tumi or 3 rivers for $15 and it takes like a week to get results back. But for some reason you’ve strung the community along for months. Most likely because you’re a liar but I’m happy to be proven wrong.
I honestly don’t get to make those decisions about whether things get published or not.
And the people who do have to test over 150 strains with multiple moms each, so I imagine they’re trying to find the most economical way to get testing done on such a huge stock. Hopefully that explains why it happens in batches rather than all at once.
I’m in no way lying to you. I’m on your side. I want the information out, but I’m not always privvy to those conversations and outcomes.
Please stop doing that customer service thing where you act like you’re on our side; you’re not. You come off as scammy to anyone whose been around awhile, but it sucks that you make your money praying on new growers and member who don’t know any better.
Any company would be happy to post clean results. @Sun-Clone doesn’t post test results because either:
You don’t test at all
Or
You know your clones are dirty and you’re selling them anyway
Either way I’d recommend anyone avoid buying from you
As the social media salesman point of contact youd think, here is a group of sales requesting results I claim to test for so need to get info and provide to sell units. Business model seems unreliable when you are not transparent with claims. Excuse after excuse keeps money in my pocket I guess so appreciate your posts
If i take a cutting and send it off to a distributor/dealer and they do one test and then it goes off again where its grow and multiple mothers and then those are circulated again…well i consider that good.
That’s the fun of growing, you find out later. Duh
We’re all looking for some kind of guarantee but I think if you really care about knowing what’s going on with your plants. The customer should always test just to make sure. I don’t really trust anyone even if they say it’s clean. I treat everything like it’s infected anyway so technically it’s not the end of the world if a plant or two have to be tossed.
A professional nursery of this size that doesn’t test for HLVD and seems somewhat clueless about about the process is a joke.
