My whole grow of 64 flowering plants was wiped out by powdery mildew right after receiving my first ever clone from Sun Clone. I emailed your organization and nobody returned a response. Never again will I buy a clone for you people. You are selling diseased plants.
I’m surprised to hear we never got back to you, especially about a PM issue. And I’m sorry to hear about your plants! We definitely don’t send out plants that are showing signs of any diseases, though sometimes it can be tough to know if something will crop up later (though we appreciate the opportunity to advise how to treat issues when they do). As far as I know our moms aren’t currently having any PM issues.
I’d like to look into your previous correspondence and see where the breakdown in communication happened so we can prevent it in the future. I’m going to send you a private message on here so we can discuss further.
