Website works for me, UI is decent, not the snazziest but functional. My question to you is how are you even recouping costs at $49 per clone with one day shipping?
Also HLVD is a huge concern and though you say “Disease Free”, I think it would do you better to specifically call out HLVD free and even post results if you have them.
Not complaining but your price point is very low, and with your selection there will be inherent doubt as to the legitimacy of the cuts, testing done, etc.
Yeah, unfortunately we don’t ship to anywhere outside the US so there might be a block for that. As far as I’ve seen, there aren’t anything we set in place for blocking based on location.
But welcoming users like this … i feel like aimed by a gun to ask a glass of water.
It’s not strategic as well to eventually share the link of a clone with a friend that is not geographically banned from your website (maybe add the list of banned states and country, and the reasons, in bottom of this uggly landing page, it will look more pro)
There are a ton of ways to optionally filter traffic by geography. It’s entirely possible their DNS provider or hosting provider is responding to a takedown request and did it in a shotty way. Ok this case though I’m banking on poor server configuration
I’ve never seen that before. Even the “under maintenance” page we have set up when we need it doesn’t look like that.
I’ll check our settings to see what could have caused this, but I was on the website when I copied the link, so I honestly don’t know why anyone would have gotten the Access Denied page you’re seeing.
No one at Sun Clone made that page, that’s for sure.
I don’t believe that sale is gone forever, but since we don’t have a set schedule for when we have sales, I unfortunately can’t say when the next time we’ll have that particular sale.
But we send out an email blast when a sale starts, so I suggest joining our newsletter if you haven’t already.
As it turns out we needed to adjust our privacy policy, and we are still working through the kinks of this new system. I apologize for the confusion. We made this change to make sure all our and our customers’ information is kept safe.
Until we can get this figured out, it appears like the site is only viewable by those in the United States who are not using a VPN.
We will get this rectified as soon as we can, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
