Venom breath #2 came down today.
Smells amazing! I’ll try to describe it once it’s dried and I smoke some.
It’s Venom Breath by 3rd coast seeds (iirc)
Edit - I remembered wrong. It’s Fresh Coast seeds.
Fresh Coast Seeds Venom breath = Garlics Snake Breath x Garlic Icing
I think I got the pack on sale for like $25 too from Terpy seeds.

Gelato ready to be chopped. Looks better in person than in the pic, and smells incredibly dank. This is one of the more potent strains I have. It actually tends to give me anxiety so I don’t smoke it that much but I love the taste + smell of it so I can’t help but smoke some. lol. I have a couple friends who love it though so I do it mainly for them.
Here’s the venom breath #1 on day 68. I think the low temps have slowed down flower a bit. I’m able to maintain good temps during the day but at night it’s getting a bit colder than I’d like. Still not running my oil heaters because they cost a lot in electricity and I’m cheap. lol
I have to say, so far I am impressed by Fresh coast seeds. This is the first strain I’ve ever grown by them.
I only sprouted 3 seeds from the pack. I got 2 females. This one and the venom breath #2 pictured above in my last post. The females are quite different but both are killer smoke.

And here’s an update on the right side. I think we are almost at the end of week 7 of flower now, iirc. But again I think temps have slowed things down a bit.
90’s kush (looks way better in person, and smells like some old school dank).
Sunshine daydream #10 (this is one of the plants in the soil giving me trouble). Smells like berries and buttery muffins.

Hey horse, I’m getting mostly blueberry smells again this run with not much funk/skunk.
Sunshine daydream #11. Had a really bad P deficiency that’s finally corrected. I think maybe I over watered a bit too which probably contributed to the P issues.
Smells on this so far are berries, funk with some of that muffin smell mixed in.

Dude, I tried every trick in my book to get more of that funky/skunky smell out of her and it’s still mostly berry so far. Wonder if it’s just my environment or the soil or both or what.
Do you grow her in hydro normally? What’s your grow medium/method again? You said you don’t really get any berry smell? Or am I remembering wrong like I did with the 90’s kush? lol

It smells incredible. I really wish I was better at describing smells. Best I have is like a dank/funky good weed. lol. I’ll try to give a better description of the taste and smell when I give a smoke report.
Still have a mom of this strain and it will be sticking around for a while!
I knew it had potential when I ran it during the summer (when I had all the issues with heat/humidity). It still had a nice taste + smell despite all the heat stress it faced, and the high was very potent. Now it has the looks and smell (and hopefully taste!) to go along with that potent high.

Thanks man! She’s been a joy to grow. It speaks pretty highly of the strain when this was the only female I grew and I consider it a keeper!
I was thinking of calling it “black kush” to shorten it up but I don’t know that it would be a very accurate name… lol

That’d be nice. My camera sucks, but this is one I’ve got going now at 36 days.
She had pretty straight pistils, starting to recede now.
Right now I’m getting a faint sweetness that could be berryish, mostly a yeasty sort of fresh baked bun thing, and it almost always ends with an acrid incense smell that I really like, luckily, lol!
I’ve never grown this cut in dirt, just coco with Canna or Megacrop. Both end up pretty much the same, but my nose is pretty insensitive after smoking Camels for 50 years!

Maybe I’ll try her in coco! I have a couple blocks of canna coco laying around. I think I have some canna coco a+b nutrients as well.
Yes, I definitely smell that fresh baked bun thing with maybe some butter. But definitely berry too. It’ll be interesting to see if that acrid smell develops.
How many weeks does she usually take in flower for you?

Your plants look awesome, you have done such a good job. The tips of your leaves aren’t even burnt a little. Tons of frost. The purple plants are going to dry purple and silver they are so frosty. Well done.

Hoss, she was so f-ing oily it was hard to even trim the buds. Not even exaggerating. The leaf just constantly stuck to the scissors and the buds. I had to keep manually removing it by hand after every couple snips. It was a PITA (but in a good way 
)
Love the smell of the DWOG. I am always a fan of weed that smells funky/skunky/gassy, etc.

Plants look amazing! So close to trying the 90s kush alright! She fades beautifully outside. You will be very happy when you smoke her and yes she is easy to grow like very resilient!
