Terp tea top dress (how much should i use)?

The bag directions call for a tsp/ gal of soil. That doesn’t seem like much.
Just wondering if anyone else top dresses w/ it.

Is it called terp tea. I use recharge.

Tsp per gallon is pretty standard for a good amendment blend. The key is doing it every 2 weeks in veg, and weekly in flower

Just seems like very little volume when spread around for topdress. Also these are pretty massive plants.

Oh yeah, thats a detail I missed lol. For big girls like those, just grab a handful and sprinkle a thin even layer over the top of the soil.

That souunds right. It just felt like a sprinkling when spread out. I figured that cant be enuf. If memory serves i think i used tbs. Instead of tsp. Last time i ran terp tea. Do you use it as a base fert or as a supplement?

Tbs would make sense, it really depends on how fine they mill it

I always use dry amendments are my base nutes. Then liquids like Buddha Grow/Bloom as a nice lil booster

is it a Aurora roots organic product ? you can also brew a 24hr tea - but as for top dressing depends on pot size example: 5gal use 2 teaspoon (-/+) here is one “Kiss Organics” they have a killer top dressing check out "KIS Nutrient Pack professional formula for maximum veg and flower growth (now that I mentioned it - getting low need to order again)

remember top dressing products are “extra” strong so to say – to top dress one need to water the soil and then apply top dressing -Don’t water again till next day or maybe re-mix the soil and let dry another day this depends on soil moisture in your container Hope this helps
Root make great products but are not totally organic - have use whole line with great results

Yes roots organic. I use the terp tea bloom, veg, bloom booster and the calmag product called elemental. Not totally organic? No indication of that on the bag. I dont think its omri certified but thought it was totally organic.
Ive brewed the tea before,(some worm catings, terp tea, and molasses. With a airstone and circulation pump in the bucket) but this run im trying to be a bit less laborious
Oh and i use their lush soil

The terp teas and buddha grow/bloom are all natural and organic. But Aurora has synth products as well.

Teas are a bit of work, but I cant recommend them enough. I do them 2x a week, and if Im lazy and miss one I start to notice pretty quickly. Not that the plants will do terrible, just not as much growth.

I got a couple disposable paint strainer bags from the home improvement store for tea bags only 5 bucks. Only thing about tea is the sludge. PIA to clean up and i cant use my pump sprayer to water with it.

Yeah perfect solution. I use those as well. Without the bags I call em sludge bucket lol. I also use those paint strainer bags before pouring the tea into a pump sprayer or watering can. Makes a big difference IME
