This seems kinda pointless to me.

The state passes something to say that municipalities can’t try to override state law? Is that not already that case? So was this just to serve as a reminder specifically aimed at cannabis? Why?

The “don’t tread on me” crowd sure loves to tread on everyone else.

Then there the “what’s this in the tread of my boots?” crowd.

Not to worry that’s just freedom of thought.

Texas hates the USA because of our freedoms. The USA should invade Texas and liberate them. Also Texas has oil that we can sell to pay for the cost of their own liberation. Then we can give everyone a tax cut. They will be very thankful that we have fixed their lives for them.

Yes because this is what it’s always about.

They only hate it until they figure a way to monopolize control and get ALL the money from it. Then they love it. John Boner :joy: did the same exact thing in Ohio. Legal weed is always corrupt. I say " support your local dealer, Buy black market.

North america wide , we all need to ditch “legal weed” and get back to supporting the real farmers with the good weed.

I fully support your plan. Or we can just draw a corridor around Austin and give the rest of Texas to Mexico. Who we stole it from to begin with.

I’m not an expert on Texas law because I’m fromtoke LaHome but my understanding is that a few years ago they legalized hemp. But… the state lab has a backlog and isn’t testing for thc. So unless local municipalities have their own lab they aren’t gonna worry with a small bag of “hemp” and the government decided to make clear they hate the fact they screwed up and this is their way of kicking back.
Meanwhile oklahoma is providing many more times the the amount of weed than we can consume
Gotta wonder where the weed is going?
Norman has something like 60 dispensaries for 128000 people. If you are from Texas and are in town for the OU game let
