The Canadian Contingent (Part 1)

They’ll want to know who signed for it I’m betting.
I believe a lot of them are still working from home and there kids drew a target on it and are shooting at it with a nerf gun.

Sent mine in May 31’st, got it today. I called them and it’s simple. If you get your renewal in to them on time according to Section 314-2 of the cannabis act you are good to continue your grow until you hear from them. Now they had a huge influx of new grow permits so they put all the renewals on the back burner as it didn’t mess with anyone’s ability to grow. So in other words, you are good

Last time I got my renewal it took 3 weeks or so…

It did take 3 months the first time though…

That’s about the time I sent mine in, I’ve kept everything at my same number although I put in for an increase in plant count. Thanks for the info friends.

They are waaaaay backed up…but it often works out in your favour. The fine print says you’re still legal while waiting for renewal, even if your current license expired.

I sent mine in March and just got it yesterday, but this is my first. The good news is I only asked for 10 plants and they sent me one for 24.

That makes no sense, the prescription must have been for 24, they would not just increase them on their own. They don’t have the power. It must have been the one who wrote the prescription that screwed up. Cool when someone’s error works in your favor, congrats.

I went through License to Grow…and only asked for 10. I guess it was them to put 24

Okay, delivery came and I’ve had a chance to sample…

Some decent sized nugs, mostly mids and smalls.

Fair trichome coverage. Some flavour and terps, but obviously not a top notch job on dry/cure. Decent strength, but nothing to write home about.

All in all, decent value but nothing that would make me think about giving up the grow.

I will for sure order again when stocks run low or I feel like a change, but next time I would go straight to their higher rated/priced ounces. (These were 2 for $129)

This was 100% reason enough to know that I’ll give their $400 lb a hard pass.

Thanks for the review yeti grows.

I just broke my quartz banger, just wondering if i should get a new one. Or one of the titanium electrical ones to set the heat exactly, or a terp slurper. What do you guys use?

The best I have had, was a deep bowl with two holes on either side; I like the thinner wall quartz banger but I’ve never tried the enails. I prefer the round bottom inside because they are easier to keep clean.

I’ve been playing around the summer, initially with a Nectar collector & currently with a Shatterizer.
They are a distributor for other manufacturers but also design their own.

The Shatterizer is a great design and very well manufactured product, I really suggest you have a look at it… I suggest the ceramic coils too.

Cheers

Major disaster on the Canadian front.

The sharp toggle on the outer milk bag has popped the inner bag leading to spillage.

I still hold firm to the superiority of the bags. My mind will not be changed by small setbacks.
