So, I tried freeseeds.ca and low and behold a few weeks have passed and today I found my envelope returned to sender but containing both Purple Romulan and Cheese Wiz beans!
Not sure if anyone else sent a SAE to Brampton but I got the proof of time and stamps spent justified right in front of me

Did you sign up to be a tester? I would but I don’t like the idea of sending bud samples to people in the mail, as far as I am aware I’m not allowed to do that, would be risking my grow licence

I just tested the waters this time round. I doubt i’ll sign up as i already have too many projects planned. Now i gotta send a July SAE .

Freeseeds.ca = you pick strains in preference order and send them in an envelope including a sae with 2x stamps for its return. You then get your sae back in a few weeks with whatever was still available as it’s all free but first come first served.
I got my 2 top requests this first time around which was Purple Romulan (4 beans), and Cheese Wiz (4 beans).

I’m leetdood. I’m from Ontario, Canada. I’ve been growing weed for 3 years with a 10 year break in between the 2nd and 3rd years. I’m doing a small (by breeder standards) pheno hunt in solo cups.
@DougDawson told me about this section and im excited to meet my fellow canadians! Glad to hear about freeseeds.ca also.

I probably will. I really like getting legitimate feedback on my pheno hunt and I’m struggling in some areas because growing them out in solo cups is admittedly tricky.

No problem. There are a bunch of breeders at OG. @DannyTerpintine is a fellow Canadian and does a bunch of breeding. He might be able to help you with questions about your pheno hunt. He and others here have some experience with those and Solo cups. If you search solo cup in the top right you will find some interesting stuff. Nice to meet you, have fun and happy growing.
