I love that plastic town. :+1:
And the REAL parts that surround it.
I always visit off season because I like myself.
Also, I go gem hunting in the diggings from the Welland Canal right behind the community center

Thanks for the warm welcome neighbour! Hopefully once this madness all cools down we can have some sort of southern Ontario get together.

Book a fire-pit/gathering area at a park, then we share fire over fire!

Exactly. Hey, the nice weather is coming…… hopefully perhaps this summer? I’m 100% down to make it happen. I know there’s a bunch of us here

It’s how my fam can gather. LOT’S of fam along the shoreline from Niagara on the Lake through to Kingston. So the easiest thing is to book a gathering spot in Jordan as the middle ground for travel :hugs:

If Covid allows this, I’m down 110%.

Sounds perfect to me. I’d love to meet more like-minded individuals from around the area. I’ve got some epic ideas going in my head right now. Let’s hope for the best. I’m just glad to know there are so many of us on here.

Well, considering the Secret :canada: Santa went so well I can’t imagine a “:canada: Gathering of the OGallos” NOT working out well

Fuma instead of Faygo!

I’m sad I missed out on that, seemed like tons of fun. My buddy was raving about it and how awesome his gift was. I’m glad it went well! Rest assured I won’t miss another

Does anyone recall if there was a sign-up already or was this in the air?

I remember many moons ago , my first oil run with a water distilling machine from sears lol It was about 45 min a batch and got to reuse roughly 1/3 of the isi alcohol . The windows of my place were open for many many days , with one large one having a large box fan venting the whole time.
I don’t miss the mess or the smell lol

We used to go out into the woods for DAYS and camp out with a half dozen Coleman stoves and those big ass stainless corn pots. Tons of alcohol involved in the making and the makERS as well as tons of dope, those were some fun times. But I would not want to do it again that way EVER.

Thats a problem with all the water distillers, they have a small hole in the condensing tube to stop them blowing up. if the condenser tube gets clogged up. If you take the plastic top off you can put epoxy glue to block the hole and you get minimal stink other than from when it comes out the end into the jar as a liquid opposed to gas, out the little hole.
