Does anyone here use Canada Posts “Snap Ship”?
I’ve tried 2 computers with 2 different operating systems with 3 different browsers and my android phone and no matter what NOTHING happens when I click “Create New Shipment”.
When using their “help chat”, I went in circles with their useless AI and then the human that came on to help basically told me there is nothing they can do and I MUST call a help line.
They don’t even have the ability to see if there is anything wrong on THEIR END it’s so useless!
So in maddening conclusion:
IF ANYONE OUT THERE HAS A CANADA POST ACCOUNT AND CAN TEST IF THEY CAN MAKE A LABEL IT WOULD BE SUPER APPRECIATED!
