I actually know a guy who got stabbed in the eye with a broken beer bottle. He was very lucky. The round part of the jagged end went around his eye not in it.

Let me walk you through that ad and translate it for you.
Historical = rotten to the core
Giant stone fireplace = beautiful but not up to code since 1976, itâll cost you 20k per fireplace to meet environmental requirements and you wonât be able to use it.
Freshly renovated = yeah we just added a new layer of Gypsum on top of the 2 previous ones to hide the mold. We sold the oak cabinets and put flashy modern cardboard boxes with doors instead
Very well located = youll be stuck in traffic day and night. Enjoy.
