The Canadian Contingent (Part 2)

A friend of mine was telling me about international pork sausage smuggling, from one country where pork is legal to one where it’s banned.

5 gallon buckets filled with sausage in the back of a pickup truck. Makes me laugh.

Scarberia? cool??

OK, I haven’t lived there in 30 odd years but when did “Teenage Wasteland” become cool?
(that’s what every kid that I knew that grew up there called it… back when…)

Okay cool ya thanks I’m a guy who has never been into social media to my own detriment but so ya I’m really green when it comes to this stuff so if I’m asking questions or like fumbling around I’m always receptive to tips and constructive criticisms and I’ll have to learn where to post stuff so ya guide me oh wise ones I’m here to learn. This thread seemed like a good place to start with mixed posts and not strictly a certain thing and you guys are joking around lots I thought the vibe here was likely more understanding if I’m asking noobie questions or going off topic and stuff. I agree and will try hard to support the legend and to me I think it would be cool to touch base with someone like that for me it’s like the celebrities I care about and I’ve been so isolated as far as growing goes because literally nobody I know grows and my family doesn’t even garden decorative flowers for their front lawn or anything I’m really glad I found this OG community.

I’m pretty excited about some genetics I’ve gotten I have some face off og x 88g13hp that are bit over a week old now and some chem d crosses one from compound chem d x eye candy and then chem fire which is chem d x fire og bx3 and they’re looking really good day 12 flower really bushy beautiful natural structure I had the chem fire for a couple years now but didn’t get to popping them it tough as you all know I’m sure that there is never enough space for everything you wanna grow and I had bad experience with black funk dawg which has a write up saying it’ll stink out city blocks and long story short it really didn’t “funk” at all. Anyway point of that is @Purple_Drank604 seeing you post chem fire in the chem d discussion got me excited again about them and coincidentally got other chem d cross so they’re coming along now here they are the 2 are getting overtaken by the big beauty in front she wants to stretch wide and take the whole 3x3 for herself. Only got 1/3 female from the chem fire I germed but I think I got a really nice male to get pollen from she’s in the back right it’s hard to tell because they are thick and will be needing that defoliation big time after day 21 I’ve still had to clip like 1-2 leaves off them almost everyday to keep it from getting ridiculous and somehow it is still very dense foliage.

I’m also very excited about some bodhi gear I got so I don’t see many if anybody posting the face off og x 88g13hp but lotta people say good things about the og/g13hp crosses so I’m really excited for these face off is one of my favourite og kush cuts of the more lemon/pine type kush danks so I may start a topic for that once it’s done so I can include photos along the way and give the harvest/smoke report but also I just got in the mail on Tuesday dla 5.3 , night vision , mothers hashplant , gmo x LL got the dla and night vision germinating the trend there is I’m looking to find some good hearty kush and dank until I found Og finding good kush genetics was tricky so these genetics had me super stoked and then now actually connecting with you guys im so excited for the possibilities love to make some f2’s and crosses with the stuff I have and hopefully some of those nice scallywag cuts and like I’m curious if the 80’s acrid skunk in the last two scallywag crosses on the list are same or similar to what bodhi is calling his a1 in the dla 5s which is same time period and listed as rks initially on his seed pack but ya again I need to slow my excitement but I’d love to get some projects going and share seeds with you all see if we can’t create something real nice

Excellent man thanks for the feedback pk was always huge so I would love to try that vipk and do you have experience with the sari chem crosses obviously 15 sticks out to me I love the funk stuff and that one sounds filthy good lol but ya any feedback on those would be awesome and also the vintage afghan heime cheeba any experience with that? I pretty much want every kush cut so I won’t ask you about all individually but for context I’m trying to find some good nerve pain strain to keep and work with I suffer from a few things but the fibromyalgia can be little tough some days and I don’t want to take more lyrica or even opiates I really would like to be able to grow good genetics for meds and not for looks and flavour unfortunately being isolated the way I’ve been it’s been a slow road of discoveries for me to be or I think at least lol to be heading in the right direction of what to grow. If you have any recommendations from that list that are good like narcotic type genetics that’s what I need. The “narcotics” that aren’t narcotics because opiates destroyed so much of my life it’s a miracle I’m alive not even exaggerating if I told some life stories you guys would think I’m just making shit up and I don’t want to seem like the “I have a cooler story” person got a little off the genetic discussion there but just some context as to what kinda dank I’m looking to lock down I super appreciate any feedback you have and all you’ve already given thank you

What is on a Persian Sandwich?

It’s a standard steak and cheese with extra sour pickles and sumac and turmeric as the spices and a garlic sauce.

I’ve never needed to spit out one piece of gristle. Ever.

Oh yeah they bake their own bread too.

Beats the crap out of Firehouse.

The logic in my comment is that a hoarded cut can easily become a lost cut if things go wrong. I’ve lost my gelato 33, pink cookies and kosher kuah commercial cuta because of one very bad bug moment. I had shared my uk cheese cut and that’s why i still have it. I lost so much and reached out and got a few snips back.

I just got a pack of ground cherries from seeds of diversity as I signed up for a breeding project to create an improved variety this summer. Which got me thinking we need a similar dope seed savers organization where people could co-ordinate mass breeding projects as well as have resiliant clone bank to preserve classic varieties. Especially Canadian ones like René, Jean Guy, Champaign hashplant, BC purple kush, Romulan, Sweet Skunk, etc. Like you said it’s all too easy to lose a cut, something as simple as a fire can wipe them out as multiple breeders have learned the hard way. My other fear is the LP’s and corporate greed will eventually be the only ones holding them with no interest aside from potential profit and no commitment to preserving the genetics.

That so makes me think of my dear head chime. I lived at the end of a dead end Road, in a big old farmhouse. The sketchiest people would drive down and Park at the end of the road beginning of my driveway. Always leery about attracting the wrong crowd, every time I got a buck, I would tie the head to a rope from a tree near the end of the driveway. There would always be at least eight heads hanging there in various stages of decay. I never even got one Jehovah Witness come up to bother me, let alone anybody else.

you need to get one of these:

and then attach a hose to the top and connected to an air pump with motion trigger.

Someone gets too close and they get a 125db:

I keep mine in my car.

I figured I’d just tell them “I used to be a woman, wanna see?!”
And start to undo my belt.

Granted I want to figure out a way to help them get out of the cult. The idea of the door to door is to get those kids shell shocked by the negative response from outside their cult so when they come back their brainwashing is deeper ingrained.

If there’s a way of making them questioning going back and that what they are doing is basically harassment I’m all in.

I’ve studied it and most people leave their religion after reading the bible. Nothing I say will have any effect.

A buddy of mine became an atheist but was raised Jewish Orthodox. Due to his upbringing he decided to study the bible, Torah and Quran. After all this self-education he decided he was an Atheist but would do the most fun shit with his education.

In public spaces where someone was preaching their beliefs he’s go an engage. Because he knew all three works he would contradict their hate speech with quotes from their own source… of which they clearly did not know very well.

Sometimes they called him on his bluff but he’d tell em to look it up in the (insert text) in their hands. They’d flip and see he was spot on and that’s when the YELLING STARTED.

He just kept calm and let them destroy their own arguements growing into fits of rage because no matter what they spun he could just quote and return stronger.

I fucking miss the guy; his name was Gideon and considering the history in that name we all found this freaking helarious!

We lost him years back… FUCK CANCER HARD

To those that don’t know the background of the name:

" Gideon (Hebrew: גדעון) is a masculine given name and surname of Hebrew origin which translates to “feller” or “hewer” (i.e. ‘great warrior’) in Hebrew.[1][2] It can also be interpreted as “One who has a stump in place of a hand” or “One who cuts down”. The name originates with the Biblical judge and leader Gideon, who impressed Calvinist groups like English Puritans and French Huguenots with his martial skill and utility."
