Reason i ask im bout 20 miles south of the 38th parallel and some were finished Octoberish with some finished Nov ish, sea elevation of ruffly 1800 ft

12 weeks Iāve seen, but I havenāt seen a 10 weeker yet. At the end of a long veg i could see it.
@Cactus it will flower the same amount of time, regardless of latitude. Iām trying to run some this summer. Will see how it goes. Iām out of extra seed myself. Others here have seeds

Iām at about 34-35Ā° N. I heard the Oaxaca can tolerate occasional cold snaps, dipping to the low 30sĀ°F in the morning for a couple of days. The dry desert at 3,000 feet sees big temperature swings. Could acclimatizing them here work? Why not? Whatās your growing season like, and what temperatures do you get? Iām wrapping up some PNG and want to try Oaxaca next, as it sounds feasible based on what youāre saying. Iām excited about the potential to grow it.

Yeah I am looking at what will work for outside, the snow on the Oaxaca is all I needed to see 
@drgreensleeves so not worried if it can take that a little low 30ās shouldnāt be that big of a deal. Weather can throw you a crappy cold snap and for about a day or two it comes out of it and back in the 60ās and 70ās later that day.

yeah im in the Missouri ozarks, it does that kinda stuff here too and theres a purple pheno too thats real cold hardy

I grew them at 35Ā°N (7200ā elevation) outside last summer and most of them finished just before frost. But all of them finished.

I wonder if that type is always purple or cold induced. I would say stay out of trouble but my friend says thatās nonsense just donāt get caught . Maybe we have too many laws but you can never be sure for they are designed to protect the money and property which the government values more than ā fill in the blank.ā

Yep same environment high desert but elevation wow thatās very high up! I definitely donāt have any worries. I think the pics are awesome @drgreensleeves. The tropical types are slow but definitely worth the time imo if you can find some good ones.
ps ā79 cryptic labsā I will look these up if Cry Labs still putting them out. Is there a good seed bank anyone that I could direct me to get some of these?

Really! WoW seems like the Oaxaca has played a role in a few great types but nobody is making more Oaxaca seeds other than you guys? @Upstate didnāt Short say this was one of his faves?

No there are a few others but this is the oldest that i know of and from what i can tell the widest veriety of pheno types ps @DragonflyCoyoteSmoke and @Elchischas both work with some but i could be wrong about the oldest idk @Elchischas can probably correct me on it

Mustafunk ( Cryptic Labs ) the breeder has stated he did his part & released the line to the world . Upstate & others have also worked it . Seeds do get passed around so work your Freakers pals . FWIW Colorado Sativas has the PS pheno for cheap . Now who do you think gave Gerry his seedstock ???
