Far away in a galaxy unknown

I received some unknown seeds from @anon58740919

that were supposed to be Super Silver Haze seeds.

Well, After growing them out, they were NOT SSH. Not that i’m complaining.

This thread will chronicle the grow of the project, and the lessons I learn about pollen chucking. I’m kind of going all natural on this, i’m not gonna train, top, or otherwise manipulate the plants. There’s an oscillating tower fan in the grow room, it should give plenty of pollen distribution to the plants.

Some interesting notes about the last grow of this unknown strain:
I noticed two genotypes,
A coffee geno
A citrus geno.
Noticeably strong on both
Heavy yielders on both
Both Geno’s give large, fat colas.
Both finish in 63-67 days in flower.

So, After some deliberation on the Discord with @toastyjakes we settled on a name for the strain and project,

The “K-Cup” Project.

I’m going to pop the remaining 7 seeds I have left, and let them have a wild orgy in my shed closet grow space. These seeds will be given away OG style. I’ll take a trustworthy volunteer to take care of the distribution of these, if you want to be the middleman, hit me up via PM closer to the end of the grow.

The pic below has a bagseed up front middle, but the two in the back are the K-Cup Plants.

Just what I was told. I didn’t grow any of them myself as I wanted to chance a feminised run.never again. What’s the K stand for?

The only other thing running alongside those was a blue cheese. (I just asked) but I agree at 63/70 days it’s not a true SSH.

Those plants had NICE yield, whatever they were. Hard to beat coffee and citrus for flavors too.
Do you have any close-up’s of the dried bud, @Jellypowered?

I certainly wouldn’t be saddened to get something throwing coffee and citrus terpenes and yielding over 5 oz a plant anyhow lol

So here we have 7 K-Cup beans in rockwool cubes. For a bit of fun, and since I had one cube empty, I threw one of @ReikoX’s Fem Auto Mix beans in the spare slot. Once it shows maturity i’ll pop it in the 1x1x2 after I add some more lighting to it.

Anyways,
Soaked the cubes in 5.5ph tap water, it’s about .5 EC
I leave quite a bit of water at first in the container because it’s always low humidity here, and this is the equivalient of soaking my seeds at the same time.

Unfortunately not mate. I’ve got a goji OG on the way And ssdd. Plus Durban Poison x available at the moment. At least for the space I have. Im gonna be running the ssdd a while from the looks of things so maybe grow yours out and I’ll hunt a male and Chuck it this end.

Seedlings Popped up yesterday.

Time to get started this weekend on potting them up and getting the shed cleaned up to grow.
5/8 have broke through the surface of the rockwool.

So all 8 seedlings have broken through and got rid of their helmets.
Overview of the space. I still need to get runoff trays for them, but that’s not imperative right now.
