You’re right. Epsom salt is a part of my recipe.
Harvested miracle grow plant. Dug a hole filled it with miracle grow raised bed. I used there soluble fertilizer, and only used 2 small boxes the whole season. The harvest was heavy and smells very pungent. It’s very strong. Highly recommended!

I gave them miracle grow tomato food after transplant and then every 10 days. Once they started to flower I gave them a half a box of bloom Booster and then the rest mid bloom

just saw this post and it made me laugh bc this is EXACTLY my experience with my 1st and 2nd grows.
My first grow has been a BREEZE. i grew 2 plants, a High Priority from 710 and a Black Valium from Top Shelf Elite. they are both about day 50 of flower rt now and never had ANY issue.
They have been grown in a 50/50 mixture of mother earth coco+perlite and MG soil. absolute cakewalk.
Now, i started my 2nd grow in a different area, in a tent, and for this one, i decided to forsake the forbidden Miracle Gro. I used 100% coco coir. the same Mother Earth with perlite. and i used it at a ratio of about 3 parts coco and 1 part worm castings. as you would do . this grow was 3 autos- Cookies by Dinafem, Gelato by advanced, Purple by Pyramid.
DUDE. i have had NOTHING but issues with these autos. i think out of the entire 6 weeks of their growth , they have been ‘happy’ for about 3 days. lol
anyway. i might not go back to MG… but it’s hard not to consider it! i will definitely at least buy another bag of soil, likely organic or some sort of higher end product. . and give my next grow a shot at a soil/coco mix again.

oh and also i think i’m gonna leave auto’s alone. until i become much more intuitive/skilled than i am. i don’t consider myself a total beginner; even tho i called these my 1st and 2nd grows, i used to grow back in the day and researched it here and there, but i really don’t count those because i was young, broke, and most importantly, stupid. (well… young and stupid, lets call it). out of about 3-4 times growing in my 20s, i only succeeded once. i got about an ounce of good bud off a single plant, but it was not really a success in my eyes bc i wasn’t patient enough to cure properly. it was very crystally, semi-loud and dank smelling… but it never had a chance. when i ran out of bud, that was game over.
but yeah i already have the seeds for my next run, and i’m going to include a High Priority because i have been so happy with it (highly highly recommend) , and along with the returning HP there’s gonna be 1 Utopia Haze, 1 Pineapple Chunk, and either 1 or 2 Candyland’s.
think i’ll stick with photos for a while. (but i may sneak an auto into my veg room. don’t judge me!! lol)

I used the schultz 20 20 20 liquid fert for years was even cheaper than MG ,never had any issues and grew trees with the schultz and a few drops of super thrive,grew in premier super promix soil…Then i tried Earth Juice at 10x the cost and the only difference was the cost…A proper flush at the end of flower no one will know what ferts you used.

6 plants under 2 1000w hps. Going for 4-5 lbs. These are at day 28. My flowering cycle is 60 days. Almost halfway through.

What size is your room im trying to upgrade my setup so i can grow more. Do the hps get too hot? I have 2 qb boards right now. Only 200w each

i used miracle grow on my first few grows with great results, i never realised my soft water supply needed cal/mag adding, miracle grow had everything added, grow went down hill once i went organic took me years to work it out, trouble with miracle grow i could taste the chems.
