Not a regular vehicle, but a Caterpillar 797 the tires are $40,000 and over…
Monster truck tires are commonly $3000 or more each tire.

I am pretty sure the motor is in the hub/rim part of the wheel, not the tire.

Seems like it would be expensive to replace, it is very complex with brakes ect intergrated.
