im a bit of a problem solver i like to chalenge myself with things since my stroke i alwsys try to do things i think i should be able and try to figure out a way how to
so ill be doing more specifics threads like how to roll a joint or gardening tips

as much as id like to do a single hand no accessory roll its impossible in my situation anyways
im using a roling machine but even this have few obstacles that i encountered rolling with one hand
i have figured tricks to work around the issues i encountered some are efficient some need more refinment but overall i think i should share it
