I love eggs! But I’m lazy! Especially in the am anymore ! :weary: but I know I need to change that too, get back to early rise etc. problem is my wife works until late lately so I wait up and we spend an hour after together. Bed by 1-1:30…… does not help at all, it’ll change soon

I wake up early but end up making food around noon. I probably should make food earlier as well.

Glad to hear you’re on the mend @TopShelfTrees1 , and planning ways to stay that way. I’ll join the chorus recommending plenty of fluids. Green tea is a good choice. Add a little prune juice to sweeten it up, and you’ve got an elixir for the guts, the kidneys, and the heart.

Why thank you for the advice my friend, truly I’m soaking it all up like a sponge, making a TON of changes to my life this year, and am bound and determined! Also I know with my friends and family on here they will make sure of it. But I’m set on it. Improvements in, out and all around. These last 4-5 years have been tough to say the least and really brought me to my knees, coupled with the insane losses I’ve had recently , the BS with my home of 16 years and then illness both mental and physical and developing this dehabilitating anxiety I think I’m due for some goodness all around. And to bring my mental state back to what it was not that long ago. I love all the kind words, advice, encouragement, recipes and just general LOVE from my homies here. It’s quickly become something I look forward to every day . I’ve also made some absolutely amazing friends who I’ve become extremely close with (you all know who you are) I cannot thank ANY OF YOU ENOUGH ! For things big and small, even minute. I was pretty convinced not long ago that I was destined to be pretty much alone besides my wife anymore as all the acquaintances I’d made over a few years always dissapointed or weren’t what the seemed or just want my connects, free shit or to be seen with me for the benefits locally :man_facepalming:t2: like what has society come to. Then I found OG again. Was very skeptical at first and even saw it in a while different context but after seeing the light and truly diving in it’s been the most rewarding experience I can think of of late, truly. I do love this place and the people that make it what it is…. All of you! Thank you , each and every one of you for taking the time to be a friend, for the help and advice and for looking out and caring! I’m truly humbled time and time again

Steel-cut oats, thinly sliced banana whipped in right after oatmeal comes out of microwave, wild blueberries, ground flax, chia, Ceylon cinnamon, Greek yogurt, and a touch of honey. Eat that every morning and see how you start feeling.

Make overnight oats if you’re lazy in the morning. Guy health is huge. If you can afford some good pre and probiotics, a good multivitamin, and good fish oil capsules/Omegas grab them and take them every morning.

I have a vitamin I was taking daily it’s a men’s health 100% (has 100% of more of daily intake needs) and it helped big time! If I stopped or missed a day I felt itv100% especially energy wise and mentally. I got these probiotics too to counter the antibiotic horsepills I just took. But I’m all afraid of taking much meds now until I feel 100% again…. Stupid f&$!ing anxiety :frowning_face_with_open_mouth:

I use MegaFood Men’s multi, Garden of Life 100 billion probiotics, Nordic Naturals omega capsules, and Dr Tobias prebiotics. Have other stuff as well, but those are the important ones to take.

when i was into meal prep i would make over night oats or oatmeal then just microwave it add some honey and cinnimon. im lazy when i wake up also lol
