Good. Possums are too cute and they eat all the ticks and bones!
On the topic of Squirrel:
Best part is at 2:09 where the Mom cracks her neck as an intimidation move before telling you that You have to try a squirrel melt.
I’m staying home today. Not gonna deal with the 1hr+ commute to sit in a snowstorm to then struggle driving back through a snowstorm for prob 2hrs because of dumb drivers when there’s new white stuff.
Groundhog is delicious. It’s greasy as hell though. You definitely need to boil a lot of that out before baking but it is one of my favorite dishes @Emeraldgreen .
worked on a lot of northern camp jobs was invited twice to go with some of the crew to try different foods they eat first time is was with some moose Cree men on the menu was porcupine they put the whole thing in the fire to burn the quills off first. and then again a few years later with some men from north of Thompson Mb. actually got to go to a hunt camp with them for a couple days. They can call geese in with just their own mouth no tool required.
Morning everyone!! @crownpoodle yeah he is a good dude. Every thing he ever sent me was well over stuffed. Also ever have an issue with a plant he helps figure it out. He’s pretty on point with what he releases.
