Transplanted 3 of my girls. The roots were protruding through the holes I made on the container. Couldn’t transplant the rest because I need to get the rest of my dirt from storage. Pretty good on roots or no?
Notice how they are all #3? Well to keep a good log for my own notes, the seeds that germinated first became #1. The last to germinate was #3. But now, #3 surpassed #1.
Personally, I like to fill the pots a little more with roots. I like to create tighter root balls. Other people like to transplant a little early to make sure the plant doesn’t slow down any. Experiment and see what you prefer.
You certainly could of waited for transplant. I find when i (used to transplant) too soon or with the soil too wet the plants would go through a longer recovery period.

Lost half the roots. Top cola got stuck on a sticky fly trap. Was halfway through flowering. Thing was like 6 feet in my closetXD
