I’ve only ever tried to reverse the TK so Idk for sure about other plants. I’ve seen/heard other plants reverse with viable pollen off a single STS application. It works waaay better than CS in general, but the TK is super stable and doesn’t reverse easily at all nor produce viable pollen often like I was saying. I know it took Nspecta(CSI Humboldt) 3 tries before he ever got viable pollen off her and I suspect he was using something other and along with the silver to do it. Using multiple clones of her and hitting her early with a stronger concentration at lights off, should boost the chances though.

Sounds like a plan. I’ll put several clones in on pot instead of growing one large plant. I’ve read with Silver T, only one application is needed. Any truth to that?

Again, I’ve seen and heard other plants reverse off a single application. Like that Elite x Elite spray and others, but that is not the case with the TK. If you don’t maintain the spray from a week before flip until at least the point she’s got balls everywhere, you’re not gonna get pollen and she’ll start growing female flowers again. Throwing hairs everywhere.

Sounds like a pain in ass and expensive. Maybe I’ll skip the S1 and focus on some fem’d TK crosses. The Albany Sour and Beleaf’s Chimera #3 will make some incredible offspring with the TK.

Oh hell yes. Been running gt for 9yrs now. Something I plan on never getting rid of. Made a few s1 seeds of her about 2yrs ago. I also took that pollen and made a bunch of other fem crosses(appy f3, Frankenstein, golden triangle #2, money business and maybe another one or 2. Make sure to keep cuts. Really really strong smoke with no tolerance build up.
@splinter7 has an s1 going right now. @Budderton has one of those crosses going as well.

I’ve grown 2 females and they were similar. Rock hard buds and crazy stretch. Nice part is the trim, takes seconds and the buds are hard/solid all the way on the bottom of the plant.

I also start seeds in solo cups, of coco. Veg for about 3-4 weeks, transfer to #1 pots also coco, eventually flowering in 5gal fabric pots also coco. I try to veg plants for about 8 weeks before flip.

Yep. Transplanted 4 or 5 GT/appy f3 into solos yesterday. Looking forward to the show.
@Tappy @RookieBuds ,thanks for testing those beans out for everyone. I did those with the hopes of having a few different batches of really pure, old school OG Kush seed that hopefully produce a spectrum of classic OG types to select both males and females from.
As yous are probably well aware, things can get weird when reintroducing the Y back into fem seed. The Biker Kush is a well worked line with many gens of regular breeding so I think it will bring a strong Y back to its distant relatives, which are know to be a bit herm prone. I saw zero inter sex traits in all the parent stock I used, so that’s a positive sign, but not a guarantee.
