The only thing I can say with confidence is that I find him MUCH more believable than either of the 2 that actually made it to the big show.
He wore a cheap suit, he didn't cave in, he thought rather than further split the Democrat party, he might be able to do some actual good as an advisor to Clinton. When you absolutely know there is no way to win, there is no dishonor in trying to turn a bad thing into a good one. It is a smart individual that recognizes when s/he has no chance and adjusts to try to salvage the situation.
Sorry, I just can't get onboard with that. The first politician to run for pres with the good of the people in mind. As I said a few posts up, I also think John Kasich would have been a good choice for the same reason. It seems like the heads of both parties conspired to present only people that would feed the division of wealth in this country.
I'd like them better if they weren't set to disappear 8-10 years down the line (forgive, I am not sure what year that was, but it is real).
Small businesses should have had less regulations to start with. I disagree with deregulating the super large corporations. Those are the entities that are likely to screw every person they can get away with. Think: Banks, Insurance and oil. The businesses that are "too big to fail". Deregulation of those businesses is likely to be very detrimental to our personal standards of living.
Imagine your health insurance going up a more than you can afford. All youj can do is what I did this year, take the cheap insurance that at least meets some of your needs. For me it was my meds. Without insurance, I'd be paying just over $250/month for meds. I get a couple of checkups per year to keep my doctors happy. I chose an insurance that has absolutely for me except prescription coverage. I need to pay my own way to go to the doctors I want to go to.
How about the price of gasoline? would you like to pay the same as Europeans are paying even though it is produced here in America. That's what oil company execs threaten every time we complain about an increase at the pump.
Brother, you and me both!!!
I'm pretty sure that is all that is intended. I don't know about you, but I think it feels good to get some of that crap off my chest.
If that is where yo are really going, you definitely win, bro.
