Intresting videos @Rogue thanks for sharing. Have you tried tumeric or cinnamon in your gardens? I wonder how effective the tumeric is against fungus gnats.

The cinnamon apparently kills fungi not sure thats a good thing for our type of growing.

Haven’t tried it yet, no problems in my garden, just sharing what I discovered today.

Ya I’d def be careful with the cinnamon, known as a natural microbe killer, takes out the bad but also takes out some of the good stuff in the soil, better off letting soil dry for a gnat issue than to be loading it up with cinnamon. I’ve found cayenne pepper to be my best friend for pests without ill effects to the plants though and something to keep in mind

I have used cinnamon for fungus gnats, I would just blow a table spoon of it in front of my fan, and the powder would go everywhere.

The gnats and also mites hate it, but it starts to smell real funky after a while, especially when combined with Neem oil, and you definitely need to wash your buds after harvest lol.

I eat a lot of curry, curcumin is notoriously hard for the liver to process even with the black pepper.

I use a supplement called Theracurmin that is the most easily absorbed curcumin and excellent for reducing inflammation as are all types of spices used in curries.
