Hey fellas,
my 2025 outdoor season yielded some beans for a hopefully exciting project that I’d like to share with you.
Since I delved deeper into the world of regular seeds, the idea of my own outdoor strain has been on my mind. Robust, uncomplicated, and, above all, ready on time before German autumn hits. And if possible with beautiful colors, amazing terps, and a solid punch in the face ![]()
After some research, I came across two candidates that, on paper, should be a perfect fit: Ultra Early Love (UEL) and Pakistan Chitral Kush (PCK). Both genetics combine similar traits such as fast flowering, high resilience, and interesting terpenes, but are nevertheless very different. Not only in their expression (sativa vs. indica) but also regionally, which should ensure a decent amount of heterosis.
So, I bought some PCK beans from ACE and got some UEL F6 seeds from abefriended grower. The result was a slender UEL female (left in the picture, shortly before harvest) that was pollinated by a berry-bearing PCK male (right in the picture):
The beans have been drying for roughly two weeks, and today five of them were planted for a first indoor test run.
What I’m hoping to find in the UEL x PCK F1:
- high mold resistance (hopefully only to be tested outdoors next year)
- quick outing and flowering in around 60 days (or less)
- interesting terpenes
- some color, at least towards the end
- balanced hybrid high
I think both parent genetics have a lot of potential, but I don’t expect a particularly high THC content. But luckily for me, @Highnrich came along at just the right time with his reproduction of an extremely exciting genetic: Purple Dragon Balls (PDB) F6 by 7east genetics.

PDB has PCK genetics in its lineage and, at least on paper, comes with high THC levels, dark colors, and intense terpenes (Skunky Grapes, Champagne). For me, it seems to be the perfect match to spice up the UEL x PCK: a 3-way hybrid of (UEL x PCK) x PDB.
The best approach is certainly to grow the UEL x PCK for a few generations and achieve a stable filial generation, before attempting to cross with the PDB F6. I’d like to go down that route too, assuming the test run is successful, but I’m also aware of my very limited breeding resources and skills for such a project.
Therefore, I’m also trying the direct shortcut, the 3-way hybrid with my UEL x PCK F1. This will definitely result in a high phenovariance, but both parents should have fairly stable genes. At least that’s my idea so far ![]()
So, in addition to the 5 UEL x PCK, 5 Purple Dragon Balls F6 were planted in the soil. As a little bonus, I also planted two seeds of @Highnrich s Bubba Kush x Chocolate Rain Cross ![]()
The grow is being done in a 70x70cm tent with a 150W LED (Mars Hydro FC 1500). My goal would be to have 4 female plants to flower, of which at least one is a UEL x PCK, and to harvest pollen from a selected PDB male in my separate male box. Lets see what happens
